1. Scope

This policy explains what information denetlen (denetlen.com and its subdomains) collects, how we use it and how we protect it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Directly from you: name, email, username and phone provided at sign-up; hotel and unit details; forms and questions you create; submitted answers and uploaded photos.
• Automatically: sign-in timestamps, IP address, browser user agent and session cookies.

3. How we use it

We use information solely to deliver the service, keep it secure and send you notifications. We never sell or rent your personal data for advertising.

4. Photos

Photos attached to inspection forms are processed on the server; EXIF metadata containing location and device details is stripped before storage. Photos are kept in a directory that is not publicly served and are delivered only to users whose access has been verified.

5. Security

Passwords are stored irreversibly using bcrypt. All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Sign-in attempts are rate limited. Every data query is isolated per hotel.

No system is completely secure. If a security incident occurs, affected individuals and the Turkish Data Protection Authority are notified within the periods required by law.

6. Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not designed for use by anyone under 18.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the updated text on this page and notify you by email of material changes.
