Frequently asked questions
Does staff need to install an app?
No. Scanning the QR code with a phone camera is enough — the form opens in the browser. Signing in takes one tap with a Google account.
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted on servers in Türkiye and processed in line with KVKK (Turkish data protection law).
Does the form lock when the time window passes?
No. Forms can always be filled in; they are simply marked as submitted late and reported that way.
Can I limit a manager to certain units?
Yes. Assign a unit scope and the manager sees only the forms and analytics for those units.
How many languages are supported?
The interface is available in Turkish, English and Russian. Question texts you write stay in the language you wrote them in.
